19o2o9 Ohhh... Sorry i didn t post ytd... I was forbidden to play the comp. WTF again! Athletics seriously is tough... This is the schedule i got: -Warm up two round(after warming up->stretching exercise) -Sprint 200m three times -Run 25 times 200m..... -Long Jump(I skipped :D) It's overwhelming but lots of pain and hardship......
